“What happens if it doesn’t change?”

This is one of the most important questions I have ever asked myself and is one of the first questions I will ask you. What is the one thing you would like to improve in your life? What happens if this doesn’t change?

One of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself is paint a picture of your life, 1, 2, 5+ years from now on the current path you are on with your current mind-set, actions and behaviours that are imbedded in you on a daily basis.

99% of the time, this picture will help you take some action to a certain point. It will want you to make a change for yourself. Most of the time, the picture that people paint of themselves by staying the same is an aha moment of “holy shit, feeling like this for the rest of my life is not an option”.

Most people get so caught up in the “it would be so nice if this or that was different” they just imagine what it would be like to live that life rather than painting the realistic picture of “what is” on their current path. And that’s the game changer in creating real change for yourself.

So, wherever you are today – stop and ask yourself this question: “What happens if it doesn’t change?” If you want some help from someone who has been putting genuine effort and energy into this daily for the last 5 years and has real life experience in turning her entire life around based around the fear of the future path she was putting herself on. The Lifecoaching sessions

I didn’t start wandering

because I was lost —

but because something in me

ached to feel the edges of the world

and discover a part of myself

I hadn’t known before

Lifecoaching sessions

If you finding things a bit difficult and are struggeling in this crazy thing called life, it can be nice to have someone walk with you. Someone who walks next to you and listens to your story. Someone that asks good questions and helps you navigate through the roadblocks.

This can be related to relationships that are stuck or when everything becomes a bit too much. It could be that you are at major crossroads in your life or that you need some help with (major) life questions.

Are you ready to change your life around? Let me help you do that.

The ‘one-off’ session

Often times people just need a good outside perspective on one specific topic or objective they want to achieve, but feel what they implement or have tried falls shy.

In my one-off sessions, with my expertise and 100% listening and understanding, we as a team, will come up with specific action steps you can take with you from our session to start implementing on your own. All you need to do is come prepared with the topic on hand.

The retreat (coming soon)

No matter who you are or where you come from, everyone can benefit from slowing down and connecting with the outdoors. Prioritise your physical well-being and mental health – invest not only in yourself but in a truly transformative experience that you can carry with you long after the retreat. The retreats are set in the heart of Scotland, where we immerse ourselves in the land, fostering an empowering environment for you to build confidence, move your body, learn from each other and become part of something special.

About me

I’m Mandy, a lifecoach, adventurer, artist and long distance hiker. I’m part of the LGBTQIA+ community and a mother of a beautiful wild child. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 19 and I’m still figuring out what this means for me on a daily basis.

In 2019 I spend 5 months in the wilderness of America walking the Pacific Crest Trail and I discovered there that nature has a soothing, healing and enlightening effect on me. I have never felt more at home, in my mind, body and soul, than outside in nature.

All questions that I had (Why am I doing this? What am I running away from? Am I happy with my life at the moment?) and problems I postponed dealing with (unhealthy marriage, high demanding job, fertility issues) were acknowledged and/or processed whilst walking. I came back as a woman on a mission to change my life around. And I did. I left my high demanding job, as well as my ex-wife.
